Sworn translations from Italian into Polish and from Polish into Italian
Sworn translations into Polish and into Italian are produced by a sworn translator registered with the Polish Ministry of Justice and bear the translator's official seal. They are recognised by embassies, consulates, register offices, courts, tax offices, banks and companies in Poland, Italy and many other countries; for use abroad an apostille may also be required.
Certified translations from Italian into English
Our certified Italian–English translations are accepted by the Home Office, UK ENIC (formerly NARIC), NMC and DVLA, as well as by courts, banks, employers, embassies and consulates in the UK, Ireland and other countries.

How long does a translation take and how do we send documents?
Sworn Italian translations are done by our office in Poland, because no translators with the necessary qualifications for Italian work in the UK. The translation usually takes a few days; you get the scans by email or WhatsApp, and the originals by post from Poland (up to 3 weeks to the UK) or by UPS courier (a few days, £35). Certified translations into English are produced in the UK and posted first class.
Clients in Poland can also receive their translations quickly through our Kraków office.
How much does a translation from Italian cost?
We price Italian translations individually, taking into account the type of document, the difficulty of the text and the deadline. The quote is free – just send a scan or photo. Postage charges are on our prices page.
How to choose an Italian translator
Keep these points in mind:
- What the recipient needs. The office, university, court or bank decides whether a sworn, certified or standard translation is required – ask them first.
- Qualifications. A sworn translator is on the Polish Ministry of Justice list of sworn translators and uses an official seal.
- Direction of translation. Italian to Polish, Polish to Italian and Italian to English are three different services, so tell us which one you need.
- Where it is produced and delivery. There are no sworn translators for this language in the UK, so sworn translations are produced by our office in Poland. Allow time for the original to arrive: post to the UK can take up to 3 weeks, while UPS courier takes a few days and costs £35. Certified translations into English are produced here in the UK, so the original can be sent by ordinary first-class post.
- Confidentiality. Documents contain personal data, so choose a company that protects them and is registered as a data controller.
