Our translations start at £ 0.06 per source word or just £25 for a standard document. Translation costs include the price per source word or document and delivery fees. The ultimate cost depends on word count, translation type (ordinary or certified), text difficulty and delivery cost. Please submit your text or document for a complimentary quote.
Certified (sworn) translations
Birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, and many other papers in Polish or English are priced at £25 for the whole document. Individual prices are given for larger or non-standard papers. We add the cost of postage or extra copies to the translation price.
Other languages
Individual pricing is available for certified translations between Polish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Slovak, Romanian, or Russian. We translate such documents in Poland, utilizing our Krakow office as a hub before dispatching them to the UK or other destinations.
Professional translations between English, French, Spanish, and Polish are provided in the UK. Our turnaround time is 1-2 days, and we ship your order via 1st class post from the UK. We offer international shipping options to cater to customers worldwide.
Certified translations into English
Individual pricing is available for certified translations to English from various languages, including Polish, Dutch, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, and Ukrainian. Typically, we can have them translated within 2-3 days. Once the translation is complete, we promptly send the scanned version to our client and mail a physical copy via 1st class RM.
